  • If anybody wants to vacate the pg they should inform before 30 days and if you are not inform before 30 days deposited amount will not refund.
  • In case if you are creating any problem or disturbance we will inform you before 10 days to vacate the PG.
  • When you are vacating the pg maintenance charge rs 1000/- is compulsory.
  • Guest accomodation with or without food 350/- per day.
  • Smoking and Drinking is not allowed in premises of the PG building.
  • Please inform the management if visitors/friends come to visit you.
  • Once paid the token advance if you are not coming advance will not be refundable.
  • Management is not the responsible for the loss of your valuable things.
  • Wi-Fi is Free of cost, If some times it is not working management will not reduce the rent.
  • Pay the rent on time(before 5th of every month), otherwise you will be fined 100/- per day.
  • Once rent is paid (rent or advance) won't be refundable.
  • For the loss of the main door key or Cupboard key, extra 350/-rupees per key will be charged.
  • Please do not waste the Food, Water and Electricity.
  • Food is not allowed into the rooms(Including the lunch box and for roommates who are coming Late shift or Night shift), Please Use PG Dining Hall.
  • Facilities provided by the management should be used properly, If any thing got damaged by anyone the actual amount of the item will recoverd.
  • While coming and going please enter your details in register(In and Out timings).
